The Nordberg® C116™ mobile jaw crushing plant on an advanced chassis makes the Lokotrack® LT116™ relatively light but provides high capacity in contracting crushing. A total weight of around 50 tonnes means easy transportability on roads. The IC700™ process control system is a standard feature in the LT116.

Process overview
Lokotrack LT116 is a primary jaw crushing plant used in quarry applications. It’s very popular in multistage crushing processes combined with mobile Metso cone crushers. The harder the rock, the better for LT116.

How it works
Material is fed on to feeder by excavator or wheel loader. Two stage scalping section removes the fines which can be guided to main conveyor or side conveyor. Output material size is controlled by crusher setting. Crusher is hydraulic driven to ensure trouble free operation.
