The hydraulic drive ensures trouble-free operation and enables the crusher direction to be changed in case of blockage. The totally new CAT® C13 engine module provides optimal power to the high inertia flywheels.

Lokotrack LT120 is designed to be safe to operate and maintain. The jaw die bolts are easily accessible, and the composite covers protecting the flywheels can be safely and easily opened. Having good access and proper platforms really make a difference in daily operational safety.

Process overview
The Lokotrack LT120 is primary jaw crusher for aggregate production. It can be used as a first unit in a multistage crushing process or stand-alone unit in reducing applications.

How it works
Material is fed on to feeder by excavator or wheel loader. Two stage scalping section removes the fines which can be guided to main conveyor or side conveyor. Output material size is controlled by crusher setting. Crusher is hydraulic driven to ensure trouble free operation.
