TRACK PLANT FEATURES

Feeder – Variable speed steel pan or belt apron feeder is fitted 1400mm wide.

Vibrating Screen – The vibrating screen is a two deck 18’ x 6’. In the interest of efficient fine screening the screen angle can change from 12° to 20°.

Access Walkways – Easily adjustable access walkways are fitted to allow uninterrupted movement around both sides and the front of the screen unit.

Fines Product Conveyor – The fines product conveyor is an 900 mm wide heavy duty type conveyor that folds hydraulically for transport.

Oversize Product Conveyor – A 1600 mm wide variable speed chevron type belt that is cleated to prevent roll back of material. The return rollers are rubber disc type to help clean the belt and assist with correct tracking of the belt.

Hopper – 8.7m3 hopper is fitted standard above the feeder.

Middle Product Conveyor – An 900 mm wide variable speed chevron type belt that is cleated to prevent rollback of material. The return rollers are rubber disc type to help clean the belt and assist with correct tracking of the belt.

Powerpack – Caterpillar type C4.4 turbo charged water cooled engine rated 96kw (129hp). All housed in a vandal proof compartment.

Air Cleaner – An 8” Donaldson twin element system complete with a Dust Buster pre cleaner is fitted.

Track Controls – Tracking control is mounted at the rear of the plant and is fitted with a heavy duty socket.

Options – Top deck Bofor bars, top deck punch plate, Heavy duty top finger deck, bottom finger deck, Radio Remote Control for Tracks, plate apron feeder (replaces belt feeder).
