TRACK PLANT FEATURES
Belt Feed Hopper – The feed hopper has a class leading 9.2m3 (12yd3) capacity and is fitted as standard with remote control hydraulic tipping grid and 100mm (4”) grizzly bars as standard (150mm (6”) available). A 2-deck vibrating live head is also available.
Remote Tipping Grizzly – A 1050mm (42”) wide belt feeder transfers material onto the screen feed conveyor.
Crusher Chute (option) – A crusher chute can be fitted to the rear of the grizzly allowing a direct feed from a crusher or another conveyor without the need to remove the grizzly.
Main Feed Conveyor – Hydraulic motor drives the 1050mm (42”) wide screen feed conveyor. It is fitted with adjustable rubber skirts and an adjustable spreader plate to disperse material evenly onto the screen. The conveyor also has an adjustable belt cleaner on the return.
Vibrating Screen – The Striker SC253 has a highly aggressive, heavy duty, 2-bearing, triple deck 22ft x 5ft (6.7m x 1.5m) screenbox with a class leading screening area and output potential.
Access Walkways – Galvanised walkways give full access to all sides of the screenbox for ease of maintenance and screen mesh change, and do not require folding for transport.
Fines Product Conveyor – The forward product conveyor (fines) is a 1200mm (48”) wide, hydraulic drive variable speed heavy duty belt. The return rollers are a rubber disc type to help clean the belt and assist with correct tracking of the belt. The discharge height is 5m (16’ 5”) and the conveyors fold up hydraulically for transport.
Side Product Conveyors – All three side product conveyors are variable speed and hydraulically drive a 800mm (32”) wide chevron type belt which is cleated to prevent roll back of material. The return rollers are a rubber disc type to help clean the belt and assist with correct tracking of the belt. The discharge height of all conveyors is 5.15m (16’ 11”) and the conveyors fold up and rotate horizontally for easy transport.
Powerpack – Caterpillar type C4.4 (Tier III / Stage 3A) turbo charged water cooled engine rated 96kW (129hp)@2200rpm. All housed in a vandal proof compartment.
Tracks – 3.8m (12’ 5”) centres x 500mm (20”) wide pads are fitted for stability and suitable for movement in any environment. Drive is via hydraulic motor. Tracking control is mounted at the rear of the plant and is fitted with easy to use controls.
Track Controls – Tracking control is mounted at the rear of the plant and is fitted with a heavy duty socket.
