Lokotrack LT1418E mobile impact crushing plant

The Lokotrack® LT1418E™ with electric power transmission offers the possibility to use electric power either from the external grid, or generated by the on-board diesel generating set. The LT1418E is equipped with a pan feeder and vibrating grizzly. For scalping sticky feed materials, a wobbler grizzly is also available.

Features
TPI Polene Ltd, one of Thailand’s major cement producers, were in the process of upgrading their production capabilities at decreased production and haul cost. After detailed studies, the optimal solution was found to be three Lokotrack® LT1418E™ impact crusher plants, followed by portable and movable belt conveyors. Each LT1418E produces, on average, 600 mtph (660 stph) of 0–80 mm (0–3 1⁄8”) primary crushed limestone. To improve the product size calibration, the impact crushers are equipped with an additional third breaker plate.

Also available is the Lokotrack® LT1418™ with a power transmission consisting of direct, hydraulic and electric drives.

Process overview
LT1418E is used in primary crushing stage. It is typically loaded with an excavator or wheel loader. Vibrating feeder transfers the oversize blocks to the impactor which reduces them to the desired size. Undersize material drops through the grizzly directly on to the main conveyor which discharges the primary product further in the crushing process. Optionally fine gradations can be directed to the side conveyor.

How it works
LT1418E is track mounted fully mobile jaw crusher plant. It can be moved flexibly in different locations at the site. The Lokotrack LT1418E power transmission is fully electric. Electric power transmission offers the possibility to use electric power either from the external grid, or generated by the on-board diesel generating set. The Lokotrack LT1418E can be equipped with a grizzly feeder, or alternatively with a pan feeder and vibrating grizzly. For scalping sticky feed materials, a wobbler grizzly is also available.

Lokotrack LT1418E can be used with fully mobile Lokolink™ mobile conveying system. It is also available with several other options such as rock breaker and high pressure water spraying system.
