Kleemann GmbH is a member company of the Wirtgen Group, an expanding and international group of companies doing business in the construction equipment industry. The group includes the five well-known brands Wirtgen, Vögele, Hamm, Kleemann and Benninghoven with their headquarters in Germany and local production sites in the United States of Brazil, India and China. Worldwide customer support is provided by 55 own sales and service companies.

Competence as tradition
Kleemann GmbH looks back on a history of over 150 years. The first mobile crusher and screen plants were already in operation in the 1920s. Since the mid 1960s, the company as a whole has been concentrating its efforts more and more on the construction of stationary crushing and screen ing plants and in the mid 1980s was one of the pioneers in the construction of track mounted mobile equipment.

Kleemann GmbH is able to provide worldwide service and support on-site via the Wirtgen Group. Therefore, optimal customer care and performance and availability of the plants are guaranteed at all times.

Assembly hall especially designed for series production
The 26,000 m² of the assembly hall allow enough room for 4 multifuncional assemly lines, in which all Kleemann plants are constructed just in time. The whole process is continuously supported by regular quality controls and a final inspection of each lant.

Production of core components
The core components of the Kleemann plants are manufactured in the steelwork production hall by especially qualified personnel. State-of-the-art lathe and milling machines guarantee precision work manufactured down to a few hundreths of millimetre and thus lay the foundation for our high quality promise.

Large main warehouse, efficient shipping of spare parts
Materials provisioning for final assembly and customer supply with spare parts take place at the large 2,600 m² central warehouse. Approximately 10,000 articles are permanently stocked here to allow a fast and hassle- free supply of spare parts for our customers.

Energy-saving powder-coating of large parts
The state-of-the-art powder coating pant with a load carry capacity of up to 30t and an area of about 2,000 m² is one of the largest of its kind in Germany. The innovative coating technology ebsures a constant first-class surface quality of all plant components and is at the same time one of the most environmentally friendly processes in the market.
