Metso NW220GPD™ portable crushing and screening plant is a revolutionary addition to Metso’s world-class crushing and screening equipment. Combining a cone crusher and a big 10 m2 (12 yd2) four deck dual-slope screen into same chassis brings indisputable benefits for the customer.

Features
Combining Metso NW220GPD™ portable crushing and screening plant with a primary jaw plant NW106™ makes it possible to produce up to 4 calibrated end products. An integrated screen enables high capacity as well as excellent screening efficiency. Advanced Metso IC50C process control system ensures efficient and safe use of the plant. Process start and stop can be done easily by pressing one single button.

Metso NW220GPD™ transforms into a very compact package. No heavy cranes are required for plant setup. Optional hydraulically operated screen lifting and fine adjustable hydraulic support legs enable NW220GPD™ to be ready for action only some hours after arriving on site. An agile undercarriage system makes it also very easily movable from site to site. A total weight is only 30 tons (66 400 lbs) makes it easy to transport in most roads and highways.

For overseas shipping NW220GPD™ can be dismantled and packed into standard sea containers for easier, quicker and more cost-efficient transportation.

Process overview
Metso NW220GPD portable crushing and screening plant can be used for secondary and tertiary crushing and screening. In a multi-stage crushing process the plant is capable to produce up to four calibrated end products.

Metso NW106 is commonly used to feed NW220GPD but the cone plant can also be used as a standalone unit for pre-crushed material.

How it works
Material is fed by separate belt conveyors from primary crusher or separate feed hopper either to the cone crusher or the screen. Oversize material is taken from the screen to the cone crusher and closed circuit conveyors return it back to the screen.and the screened material is divided to the product conveyors.

Metso NW220GPD can be used any secondary or tertiary applications.
