According to your crushing application, you can choose from seven different portable plants with GP cones and eight with HPs. If your crushing project requires a portable plant with screen, NW100GPC, NW100HPC-CC, NW1100C, NW220GPC and NW200HPC are equipped with an on-board screen.

Process overview
Nordberg NW portable cone plants are used in secondary and tertiary crushing stages. The feed comes typically from the portable NW or mobile Lokotrack jaw plant through a hopper or feeding conveyors directly to the cone crusher or a screen. From the cone crusher material goes back to the screen or to the next crushing stages or as an end product. NW portable cone plant can be equipped with or without screen in open- or close circuit. The NW series with GP or HP cone crushers are very comprehensive.

How it works
Nordberg NW portable units are made to be easily transportable from site to site by road. The chasis is on a wheel-mounted bogie with limited weight per axel. All the portable units are electrically driven.
