We have designed the UH421 to be a super smart integrated mobile solution. It features a cone crusher, pre-separation and triple deck screening system. This can be utilised across primary, secondary or tertiary applications. As this system is electrically powered you receive the benefit of low operating costs and minimal environmental impact.

The UH421 is equipped with our well established CH440 cone crusher. This pioneering solution has been proven on thousands of projects worldwide. It is capable of high production, exceptional reduction and low manganese wear. The cone has a number of crushing chamber options and multiple settings offering you flexibility on a variety of applications.

We have also included a host of features which ensure optimal and trouble free operation. An ultrasonic sensor is fitted over the crushing chamber to keep the crusher choke fed. ASRi (automatic setting regulation) comes fitted as standard, which is integrated with the intelligent onboard canbus system. This ensures the crushing process is continuously and automatically monitored so it can be adjusted to suit your application demands.

Also available within the cone range are the UH430E, UV320 and UH320 models.
