Mobile crushers and screens
Sandvik offers a wide range of medium mobile crushing, screening and scalping solutions for quarrying, recycling, contracting and mining applications. Our mobile units meet high demands for mobility both on site and on the road. Available on crawlers, they are compact, very stable and of low weight. Since the different units are compatible with each other, it is easy to combine two, three or more units, depending on the fractions required.

Stationary crushers and screens

Primary gyratory crushers
Sandvik primary gyratory crushers are robust crushers with modern features. They are especially designed to give optimal capacity in primary crushing, increasing the total capacity in the mining crushing process. The crushers in the CG series are prepared with a large feed opening and a grooved mantle that make them suitable for crushing large boulders. The optimized nip angle of the crushing chamber result in maximized capacity, output and wear life.

Jaw crushers
All Sandvik jaw crushers are of the single-toggle type with a deep, symmetrical crushing chamber and easy setting adjustment. Each model has a large feed opening for its size and an ideal nip angle, giving smooth material flow, high reduction efficiency and high capacity. Their simple design conceals many advanced features that give easy operation, simple maintenance, long life and a low cost per ton.

Impact crushers
Sandvik horizontal shaft impact(HSI) crushers for primary and secondary crushing, and vertical shaft impact(VSI) crushers for tertiary and quaternary crushing, are very different to each other in terms of design. However, both designs are very advanced. All models have extremely high reduction ratios and give the best possible product shape, high productivity, low wear, easy maintenance and a low cost per ton.

Cone Crushers
Sandvik cone crushers are of advanced design, with high capacity and high reduction efficiency. With hydraulically adjusted CSS and automatic wear compensation, a choice of different crushing chambers and eccentric throws, and many other high-performance features, each model is versatile, user-friendly and highly productive.

Screens
Sandvik screens for scalping, separating and sizing aggregates, minerals and coal come in several different types and a wide range of sizes. Products include robust vibrating grizzlies and scalpers, inclined screens, horizontal screens and roller screens. We offer both individual units and complete systems, as well as expert advice on choosing the right screen for the job.

Feeders
Sandvik offers a wide range of feeders for crushers, as well as for secondary and other feeding applications. Products include extremely robust, impact-resistant grizzly feeders, reciprocating-plate feeders, pan feeders and pan-and-grizzly combinations. In both stationary and mobile applications, our feeder solutions transfer the material swiftly and economically in a smoothly controlled manner.
