Lokotrack CW3.2 mobile conveyor

The track-mounted Lokotrack® CT3.2™ and wheel-mounted Lokotrack® CW3.2™ mobile conveyors offer an ideal solution for applications that require high stockpile capacity and excellent material transfer capabilities.

Features
Lokotrack® CW3.2™ is wheel mounted conveyor. You can select either hydraulic version or electrical version depending on which type of power is available on site or from other Lokotrack plant. Additional features like a rock box, impact bars and double drive make the CW3.2 an ideal conveying solution for different feed sizes and capacities.

The mobile conveyor adds flexibility to Lokotrack multistage crushing and screening
applications. It enables easy and fast closed circuit operation even with special combinations. When in open loop, a high discharge height increases the stockpile capacity, and with an additional radial drive on the CW3.2 the discharge end can be moved radially.

Lokotrack CW3.2 is easy and safe to use, especially when hydraulic tilting is applied. Spare and wear parts as well as Metso support are available as for any other Lokotrack crushing and screening plant.

Process overview
Material is typically fed by conveyor into feed chute. From there material is conveyed onwards. Discharge height can be adjusted and depending on feed material rock box, impact bars and double drive can be utilized.

How it works
Conveyor is ready to use within minutes. Just drive it off the trailer, tilt tail and discharge end open, adjust angle, plug it into power source and start conveyor. Consult Metso for details to connect the unit into power source.
