Lokotrack LT200E mobile jaw crushing plant

Lokotrack® LT200E™ is a 850-tonne (1 870 000 lbs) jaw crushing plant providing the customer with all the benefits of a fully mobile crushing plant, such as high flexibility and low operative costs. For the industry, this is a new benchmark set by Metso.

Features
Altay Polimetally LLP will open a new copper mine in Kazakhstan during 2015. Metso provides the world’s biggest mobile jaw crushing plant to meet the mine’s capacity requirement.

The plant consists of mobile apron feeder MAF210™, a Lokotrack® LT200E™, a Lokolink™ LL16 and mobile stacker MS16™. The nominal capacity of the plant is 2 500 mtph (2 755 stph) with feed size up to 1 200 mm (47”). Temperatures as low as -40 °C (-40 °F) and winds of up to 30 m/s (60 knot) add their own flavour to the operations. Climatized equipment containers and electrically driven tracks are only some of our solutions to challenge the extreme climate.

Process overview
Lokotrack LT200E is used in primary crushing stage. Mobile apron feeder MAF210 is loaded by an excavator or wheel loader. MAF210 lifts the feed material to the Lokotrack LT200E where vibrating grizzly scalper transfers the oversize blocks to the jaw crusher which reduces them to the desired size. Undersize material drops through the grizzly bars onto the transfer conveyor which discharges the material through the by-pass chute onto the main conveyor.. Main conveyor discharges the primary product further in the crushing process. Optionally fine gradations can be directed to the side conveyor.

How it works
LT200E is track mounted fully mobile jaw crusher plant. It can be moved flexibly in different locations at the site. The Lokotrack LT200E power transmission is fully electric which offers the possibility to use electric power either from the external grid, or generated by the on-board diesel generating set. The Lokotrack LT200E can be equipped with a vibrating grizzly scalper, or alternatively with a pan feeder and vibrating grizzly. For scalping sticky feed materials, a wobbler grizzly is also available. LT200E can be loaded also by mobile apron feeder (MAF). The unit can be monitored remotely by applying optional gateway communication link between the IC machine automation system and plant management system.

Lokotrack LT200E can be used with fully mobile Lokolink mobile conveying system. It is also available with several other options such as rock breaker and high pressure water spraying system. Diesel generator set is recommended for track driving.
