Lokotrack ST3.5 mobile screen

The Lokotrack® ST3.5™ is designed with compact transport dimensions, high-quality components, and to meet the latest global health and safety legislation. The standard ST3.5 two-deck Lokotrack is capable of producing two-sized fractions, and depending on the application, an optional two-deck vibrating grid can be installed to yield fractions of three sizes.

Process overview
Lokotrack ST3.5 is a great unit to produce calibrated aggregates on a construction site. It can operate in a multi stage crushing processes with other Metso Lokotracks. Optional vibrating grid increases flexibility in applications. Typical applications include screening of natural sand.

How it works
Material is fed by excavator, wheel loader or conveyor. Depending on application, vibrating grid or rock box can be used in a feed hopper. Lifting conveyor takes material to two deck screen from which fines and wing conveyors take material to end product piles.
