Main features of the C150:
Innovative Metso engineering and foundry know-how are combined together for totally new C150 jaw crusher. The frame structure is based on high quality and strength castings unique way connected to side plates by pins and bolts. The jaw crusher is designed not only to take large feed into it’s wide and steep cavity, but also to crush the material economically down to requested product sizes by long and optimally directed stroke. Crusher’s setting is easy and safe to adjust with two wedges by mechanical or hydraulic way. This two wedge setting adjustment system enables wide setting range to maximize the wear parts life time. C150 like other jaws has a full selection of globally supported wear part options to fine-tune the crusher for each application.

To meet the safety, maintenance and installation requirements the C150 has several optional equipment available. Thanks to modular design options like feed chute and electric motor with support and jackshaft are easy to install. First time in this size class flywheels are covered by long lasting composite guards. To make things even more simple the operation, condition monitoring and greasing can be fully automated. Lifting tools for the components can be found from the tool box as always in C series.
