As part of the Metso PREMIER screen series, the TS™ is fully configurable, designed to incorporate any type of screening media for maximum operational flexibility while achieving safe and simple maintenance.

Metso PREMIER TS™ screens are available with tensioned screening panels or modular snap on panels. Stroke and RPM parameters can be set up within a wide range to meet the optimal performance.

The integrated feedbox is deep and long to allow easy interface with the feed conveyor. Furthermore this feedbox design provides immediate particle distribution over the first panel row of the top deck which is very important on a multi-slope screen type.

The comfortable room between the decks is a strong Health & Safety feature contributing to the safe and fast panel replacement.

Process overview
Metso PREMIER TS™ multi-slope screens are commonly processing intermediate separations or fine separations.

How it works
The shaft line is purposely positioned above the gravity center in order to achieve elliptical motion with variable angles from feed end to discharge end.

From the banana deck effect + variable ellipse angle effect the end result is decreasing travel speed from feed to discharge which enable the half size particles to easily pass thru at the beginning of the deck and the near size particles to spend more time on the deck end to meet the expected screening efficiency.

Each shaft line is made of MV modular vibrators (unique to market) being flange mounted to the side walls and synchronized by a cardan shaft. Each MV modular vibrator has eccentric counterweights creating the wanted stroke. To facilitate the servicing Metso offers exchange program of MV vibrators.

The side walls are weldfree to accommodate the fatigue stress.

In standard the integrated feedbox and the discharge spouts are fitted with replaceable rubber liners (premium wear protection). Optional cross member liners are available, bolted design (not glued), allowing easy and fast replacement when worn out.
