Powerful crushing for coal power stations
The CM420 hammer mills are widely used in coal power stations and in the iron and the steel industries. They are used for crushing coal, limestone and gypsum, as well as related minerals and salts.

The feed material is grasped by the flexible beater heads, thrown against the grinding wall and crushed gradually. Since these mills have grinding walls on each side, the possibility of reversible rotor direction ensures optimal usage of the beater heads.

Wear parts are easily replaced due to the hydraulic opening device. Our hammer mills can be supplied with v-belt drive or with direct drive to suit your needs.

The CM420 series of hammer mills are ideal for coal and soft mineral crushing applications. They are high capacity hammer mills with high reduction rate. Since the grinding walls are arranged on both sides of the crusher, the direction of the rotor can be reversed for optimal usage of the beater heads and longer service life.
