The characteristics of materials？
Copper ore is the general term of useable natural ore containing copper. Copper ore is aggregate consisting of sulfide or oxide of copper and other ores. Copper ore is one of the essential raw mineral materials to refine copper. Copper is widely used on electrical equipments, machinery, vehicles, ships, construction industry and civil appliance.
Our solution on the edge？
The hardness of copper ore is relatively high. Coarse crushing applies jaw crusher, secondary crushing applies cone crusher and third-stage crushing applies single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher. Two intermediate bunkers are designed in such production line. Such two intermediate bunkers guarantee the cone crusher and single cylinder cone crusher to have uniform and stable feeding quantity and to crush the material uniformly, improving the volume of production of the crushers.
Solution process
First stage
The copper ore in large hopper is fed to jaw crusher by vibrating feeder.
Second stage
After coarse crushing, the material is conveyed to intermediate bunker by belt conveyor and fed to cone crusher by vibrating feeder.
Third stage
After being crushed in cone crusher, the material is screened and separated into two types: 0-15mm and larger than 15mm. 0-15mm material is regarded as finished product. Material with diameter larger than 15mm is conveyed to the second storage bin by belt conveyor.
Fourth stage
The material in the second storage bin is fed to single cylinder cone crusher by vibrating feeder; after being crushed, the material is screened and separated into two types: 0-15mm and larger than 15mm. 0-15mm material is regarded as finished product. Material with diameter larger than 15mm is conveyed back to the second storage bin by belt conveyor and gets crushed again.
