Background introduction
The material to be crushed by this set of equipments is basalt. There are lots of small and medium size materials in the raw material; the feeding granularity is large. The production line requires high volume of production and excellent particle shape. The hardness of basalt is relative high; therefore we adopt a combination of jaw crusher, cone crusher and impact crusher. This set of equipments has the advantages of stable operation of main machine, large volume of production and low operating cost etc. It fully guarantees the crushing requirements of the customer.

Scheme design
Basalt belongs to hard raw material. The aggregate and sand made by basalt feature high strength and strong carrying capacity, etc. This process can be divided into three parts: coarse crushing and separating, secondary crushing and separating and reshaping separating.

Coarse crushing and separating stage:
Raw material slides to ZSW600x150 vibrating feeder from large hopper. Feeder feeds the material uniformly to PE-1200×1500 jaw crusher. After being crushed by jaw crusher, the material is conveyed to secondary crushing surge bunker by belt conveyor. In order to protect the cone crusher on the next step, the belt conveyor entering the surge bin must be equipped with magnetic separator.
The screening and separating stage after coarse crushing: The section of feeding plane of ZSW600x150 vibrating feeder near the jaw crusher is not wear-resisting steel plate, but one row of parallel wear-resisting bars with interval 120mm. The advantage of such design is to pre-separate the relatively small particles from raw material so as to reduce unnecessary load of the jaw crusher. The material with diameter smaller than 120mm leaking from the interval of the bars of feeder is conveyed to YK-1545 single layer vibrating screen by belt conveyor. The diameter of screen mesh is 20mm and the shape is square. By this way, the material is divided to two parts: material smaller than 20mm and larger than 20mm. The former can be regarded as finished product while the later slides to belt conveyor for discharging the material of jaw crusher through material slot and is conveyed to surge bin of secondary crushing.

Secondary crushing and separating:
The material is conveyed to PYFB-1636 compound cone crusher. After being crushed by such crusher, the dimension of the material drops to about 60mm. After being crushed, the material is conveyed to 2YK-2460 vibrating screen by belt conveyor. The diameter of the screen mesh is 60mm and 5mm. The material is separated into three types: 0-5mm, 5-40mm and 40mm. 0-5mm material is conveyed to material pile by belt conveyor as finished product. 5-40mm material is conveyed to reshaping surge bunker by belt conveyor. The material with diameter larger than 40mm is delivered to another PYFB-1620 compound cone crusher by belt conveyor and gets crushed. The discharged material is conveyed back to 2YK-2460 vibrating screen by belt conveyor and gets separated.

Reshaping and separating:
High quality building aggregate has requirement not only on dimension but also on shape of aggregate. Generally, the quality of multi-surface cubic aggregate is relatively high. In order to reach such requirement, this technological process adopts reshaping separating process. Specific technological process is as follows:
The handling capacity in reshaping separating section is 300-350t/h. In order to obtain better reshaping and separating effects, this process adopts double-line configuration. GZG1003 electromagnetic vibrating feeder feeds the material uniformly to VI-900 impact crusher. The materials discharged from impact crusher is screened and separated in two stages by 2YK-2460 vibrating screens into: 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-30mm and 30-40mm.
The above is the specific introduction of technological process for 350-400t/h basalt aggregate solution.
