Background introduction
The material to be crushed by this set of equipments is limestone. After being crushed, the building stone are used in building and concrete mixing station. The raw material contains lot of mud and the feeding granularity is large. Such production line requires high volume of production and excellent particle shape. And the acreage of the user’s site is small. Therefore we adopt a combination of jaw crusher and impact crusher. It solves the problem of large feeding granularity and meets the requirements for large volume of production and excellent particle shape.
Scheme design
Production process for crushing of limestone at the rate of 600-800t/h mainly applies vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher and vibrating screen. Specific technological process is as follows:
The limestone in large hopper is fed to PE-1200*1500 jaw crusher by ZSW600*180 vibrating feeder. Raw material contains relatively much mud, therefore it is necessary to screen and separate it. ZSW600*180 vibrating feeder is equipped with wear-resisting bar and the interval is 120mm. The advantage of such design is to separate small particles in advance from the raw material, which can reduce unnecessary load of jaw crusher. The material with diameter smaller than 120mm leaking from the interval of the bars of feeder is conveyed to YK-1545 single layer vibrating screen by belt conveyor. The material is separated to two parts: smaller than 20mm and larger than 20mm. The former is scrap material while the later is conveyed to storage bin by belt conveyor.
After being crushed coarsely, the material is conveyed to storage bin by belt conveyor. The material is fed to PF-1315 impact crusher by GZG1003 vibrating feeder. This production lien applies three-line configuration. If equipment on any of the production lines has problems, normal operation of another two production lines will not be influenced.
The material after being crushed by impact crusher is screened and separated in two stages with 2YK-3072 vibrating screens. The material is separated to four types of finished products: 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm and 20-31.5mm. Material larger than 31.5mm will be conveyed back to intermediate bunker by belt conveyor and get crushed, forming producing circulation. Stone material with diameter 0-31.5mm will be produced in large amount.
