Background introduction
The production line for sand making of limestone requires high volume of production and small granularity and the acreage of the user’s site is small. As the hardness of limestone is not high, we select the combination of impact hammer crusher and reversible hammer crusher. It not only guarantees the volume of production and granularity, but also reduces the floor area of the equipment, saving investment cost for the user.
Scheme design
The production process for 600-800t/h limestone sand making mainly adopts Shanbao apron feeder, impact hammer crusher, reversible hammer crusher and vibrating screen. Specific technological process is as follows:

The limestone in large hopper is fed into PCD2425 impact hammer crusher by BZ240x10 apron feeder.

After being crushed by impact hammer crusher, the material is conveyed to 2YK-3072 vibrating screen by belt conveyor. The material is screened and separated into three types: 0-3mm, 3-6mm and larger than 6mm. The former two are finished products; the material with diameter larger than 6mm is conveyed to the first storage bin to be stored. The material is conveyed to the second storage bin by GZG1503 and belt conveyor.

The material in the second intermediate bunker is fed to PCKW-1618 reversible impact hammer crusher by GZG1003 electromagnetic vibrating feeder. This step adopts double line configuration. If there is something wrong with either line, the otherwill not be influenced. The material discharged from reversible impact hammer crusher is conveyed to 2YK-2460 vibrating screen by  belt conveyor and gets screened and separated into two types of finished products: 0-3mm and 3-6mm. The material with diameter larger than 6mm will be conveyed back to storage bin by belt conveyor and get crushed again.
