Our solution on the edge？
The processing production line for iron ore consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher and vibrating screen etc. After secondary crushing, the material will be separated firstly. The material not meet dimension requirement will be conveyed into storage bin and fed to third-stage crushing by vibrating feeder. The work efficiency of third-stage crushing is effectively improved and the volume of production of the entire production line is improved with the help of intermediate bunker. Such processing production line for iron ore has the advantages of high efficiency, low energy consumption, high handling capacity, economy and reasonability etc.
Solution process
First stage
The material in large hopper is fed into jaw crusher by vibrating feeder and gets crushed coarsely.
Second stage
After being crushed coarsely, the material is conveyed into fine jaw crusher by belt conveyor and gets crushed for the second time.
Third stage
The material is conveyed to vibrating screen by belt conveyor and divided into three types: 0-15, 15-80 and larger than 80mm. The material larger than 80mm is conveyed back to fine jaw crusher and gets crushed again. 15-80mm material is conveyed to intermediate bunker. 0-15mm material is regarded as finished product.
Fourth stage
The material in storage bin is conveyed to single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher by vibrating feeder and delivered to vibrating screen by belt conveyor after being crushed. The material is separated into two types: 0-15mm and larger than 15mm. 0-15mm material is finished product. The material larger than 15mm will be conveyed back to storage bin and gets treated again.
