The characteristics of materials？
Iron ore is important raw material for iron production enterprise. Natural ore (iron ore) is separated into iron concentrated fines upon crushing, grinding, magnetic separation, flotation and re-separation etc. In theory, any ore containing iron element or iron compound can be called as iron ore; however, for industrial or commercial purposes, iron ore is different from manganese ore. Iron ore not only contains iron element, but also has value in use. Iron exists in the nature in the state of compound. Especially the amount of iron existing in the state of iron oxide is large and there are many impurities, such as hematite, magnetite, siderite and limonite etc.

The hardness of iron ore is relatively high. The production line adopts a combination of jaw crusher and cone crusher. After secondary crushing in production line, the material will be screened and separated firstly; and then the material not meeting the dimension requirement will be conveyed to third-stage crushing. Reasonable feeding guarantees the volume of production of different fine crushers and improves the volume of production further. Such processing production line for iron ore has the advantages of high efficiency, low energy consumption, high handling capacity, economy and reasonability etc.
Solution process
First stage
Large rock or ore is fed into jaw crusher uniformly and stably by vibrating feeder through bunker (primary crushing) and gets crushed.
Second stage
After coarse crushing, the material is conveyed to cone crusher (secondary crushing) by belt conveyor and gets crushed further.
Third stage
After secondary crushing, the material is separated to 0-10mm finished product by vibrating screen. The material with diameter larger than 10mm will be conveyed to cone crusher (third-stage crushing) and get crushed finely; and then be delivered to the vibrating screen by belt conveyor and get separated again, forming a crushing circulation.
