The characteristics of materials?
Basalt is excellent raw material to produce “cast stone”. “Cast stone” is one kind of material made from basalt after smelting, casting, crystallization and annealing. It is harder and more wear-resisting than alloy steel and has better corrosion resistance performance than lead and rubber. It functions as “lubricant” in one kind of advanced process for steel casting and can prolong the service life of cast film. Meanwhile, basalt can be drawn to glass silk which has better alkali resistance and resistance to elevated temperatures than ordinary glass wool cloth.

Basalt is the best material in building stones to repair highway, railway and airport pavement. It features strong compressive resistance, low crushing value and strong corrosion resistance and has asphalt adhesion gray stone who has the advantages of wear resistance, low moisture content, poor conductivity, strong compressive resistance, low crushing value and asphalt adhesion etc and gets approved internationally. It is the best footstone to develop railway transportation and highway transportation.

Our solution on the edge?
The hardness of basalt is high. Therefore such production line consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, cone crusher, vertical shaft impact crusher and vibrating screen. The third-stage crushing adopts double line configuration. That is: if the machine in either production line is in fault, another line can operate normally, guaranteeing the production not to be interrupted. The particle shape of material after being crushed by vertical shaft impact crusher is good. The performance of the material is improved. Intermediate bunker is designed in the production, improving the volume of production of the entire production line.

Solution process
First stage
The raw material slides to vibrating feeder from large hopper. The material is fed to jaw crusher uniformly by feeder. Small material in raw material is screened and separated by vibrating screen and then is conveyed to secondary crushing bumping bunker together with the material crushed in jaw crusher.
Second stage
The material in secondary crushing bumping bunker is fed to compound cone crusher be feeder.
Third stage
After being crushed by cone crusher, the material is delivered to vibrating screen by belt conveyor. The material is screened and separated into three types: 0-5mm, 5-40mm and larger than 40mm. 0-5mm material is conveyed to material pile by belt conveyor as finished product. 5-40mm material is delivered to plastic bumping bunker by belt conveyor. Material with diameter larger than 40mm is conveyed to another compound cone crusher by belt conveyor and gets crushed. The discharge material will be conveyed back to the vibrating screen again and get separated.
Fourth stage
The vibrating feeder feeds the material uniformly to the crusher. After being crushed, the material will be screened and separated in two stages into: 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-30mm and 30-40mm.
