Background introduction
The material to be crushed by this equipment mainly is gold ore and the volume of production is 150t/h. The discharging requirement is smaller than 15mm. The purpose of this equipment is to provide appropriate material for the follow-up mineral separation process etc.

Scheme design
The production process for 150t/h gold ore mainly adopts Shanbao vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher and vibrating screen. The specific technological process is as follows:

The material in big hopper  is fed into PE-750*1060 jaw crusher by ZSW490*110 vibrating feeder and gets crushed coarsely.

After being crushed, the material is conveyed to PEX-250*1200  jaw crusher by belt conveyor, and then delivered to 2YK-2460 vibrating screen by belt conveyor. The material is divided into three types: 0-15, 15-80 and larger than 80mm. The material larger than 80mm is conveyed back to jaw crusher and gets crushed again. 15mm-80mm material is conveyed to intermediate storage bin. 0-15mm material is regarded as finished product.

The material in intermediate storage bin is conveyed to two PYYX-0912 single cylinder hydraulic cone crushers by two GZG1003 vibrating feeders. After being treated in single cylinder hydraulic cone crushers, the material is conveyed to 3YK-2160 vibrating screen by belt conveyor. The material is separated into two types: 0-15mm and larger than 15mm. 0-15mm material is finished product. Material larger than 15mm is conveyed back to intermediate storage bin and gets treated again.
