Shanghai Jianshe Luqiao Machinery Co., Ltd. was originally located on No. 480,  Bansongyuan Road, south of Nanpu Bridge which is the first cross-river bridge on the Huangpu River. Before the Songhu Battle on August 13, 1937, here stood a famous South Garden. To support the 2010 EXPO held in Shanghai, the Company moved to No. 188, Gongye Road, Jinhui, Fengxian District.

In 2011.Sandvik Group acquired”SHANBAO” brand and 80% share of Shanghai Jianshe Luqiao Machineyr Co.,Ltd(SJL,for short),and SJL become a member of Sandvik Group afterwards.
