The characteristics of materials?
Iron ore is important raw material for iron production enterprise. Natural ore (iron ore) is separated into iron concentrated fines upon crushing, grinding, magnetic separation, flotation and re-separation etc. In theory, any ore containing iron element or iron compound can be called as iron ore; however, for industrial or commercial purposes, iron ore is different from manganese ore. Iron ore not only contains iron element, but also has value in use. Iron exists in the nature in the state of compound. Especially the amount of iron existing in the state of iron oxide is large and there are many impurities. For example: hematite, magnetite, siderite and limonite etc.

Our solution on the edge?
Production line for iron ore consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, vibrating screen, impact crusher and cone crusher. The material will get screened directly after being conveyed into intermediate bunker upon coarse crushing; after being separated, the material will be conveyed into different crusher according to the size of the material. Reasonable feeding guarantees the volume of production of different fine crushers and improves the volume of production further.

Solution process

First stage
Iron ore is fed to jaw crusher (primary crushing) uniformly by vibrating feeder and gets crushed coarsely. After being crushed, the material is delivered to storage bin by belt conveyor.
Second stage
The material in storage bin is conveyed to vibrating screen by electromagnetic vibrating feeder. The vibrating screen is divided the material into four types according to the dimension: 0-5, 5-30, 30-60 and larger than 60mm. 0-5mm material is finished product.
Third stage
5-30mm material is conveyed to the bin of impact crusher by belt conveyor. The material is fed to impact conveyor be electromagnetic vibrating feeder. After being crushed, the material is conveyed to vibrating screen by belt conveyor. Material with diameter smaller than 5mm is finished product. The material with diameter larger than 5mm will conveyed back to the bin of impact crusher.
Fourth stage
30-60mm material is conveyed to the bin of cone crusher by belt conveyor. The material is fed uniformly to compound cone crusher by electromagnetic vibrating feeder. After being crushed, the material is conveyed back to vibrating screen by belt conveyor and gets separated. Material with diameter larger than 60mm is conveyed to fine jaw crusher and gets crushed. After being crushed, the material is conveyed back to vibrating screen by belt conveyor and gets separated.
