The characteristics of materials？
Main component of limestone is calcium carbonate (CaCO3). Lime and limestone are used as building materials in large amount and are essential raw materials for many industries. Limestone can be processed to building stones or fired to unslaked lime directly. Lime includes unslaked lime and slaked lime. Main component of unslaked lime is CaO which is block-shaped. Pure CaO is white but CaO with impurities is light grey or faint yellow. If unslaked lime absorbs moisture or water, it will become hydrated lime which is also called slaked lime. The main component of slaked lime is Ca(OH)2. Slaked lime can be mixed to be lime slurry, lime putty and lime mortar etc which are used as coating materials and tile adhesive. In some places, it also called to be: limestone, calcite, marble, chalk, aragonite or white marble.

Our solution on the edge？
The combination plant for crushing and screening crushes the mined rock in two stages, and screens and separates according to certain rules. The crushing ratio of impact hammer crusher and reversible hammer crusher in such production is large. The material can be crushed to be below 6mm only by such two stages. It reduces the floor space of the equipment and effectively saves investment cost and crushing cost for the user.

Solution process
First stage

The limestone in large hoper is fed to impact hammer crusher by apron feeder.
Second stage

The material after being crushed by impact hammer crusher is conveyed to vibrating screen by belt conveyor. The material is screened and separated into three types: 0-3mm, 3-6mm and >6mm. The former two are finished products; the material >6mm is conveyed to intermediate bunker for next process.
Third stage

The material in intermediate bunker is fed to reversible impact hammer crusher by vibrating feeder. The material discharged from reversible impact hammer crusher is conveyed to vibrating screen by belt conveyor and gets screened and separated into three types: 0-3mm, 3-6mm and >6mm. 0-3mm and 3-6mm materials are finished products; material >6mm will be conveyed to intermediate bunker by belt conveyor and get crushed again.
